In the local editor, click Save directly to content/climbing/ to copy resized photos into static/route-images/<route>/ and save the Markdown. Hosted mode downloads only the Markdown.
Run hugo --minify, review the route locally, then commit and push the file.

Bulk import a tick list

On Mountain Project, open your profile, choose Ticks, then Export to download a CSV of every logged ascent. For an unfamiliar hierarchy, explicitly choose its standard parent location and crag names. A new crag under a registered location is added automatically, using route GPS coordinates or the parent location's approximate coordinates. Ticks for a route are merged into one Markdown file; existing ticks are not duplicated, and an RSS re-import can fill a missing ascent style.

Add an indoor or board climb from a video

Paste a YouTube or Instagram link. The title, date, grade, gym or board, and board angle are detected from the video and stay editable. If a gym is missing, add it to the shared gym list from this form before saving the climb. Boards are listed in boards.yaml.
